Job Description
Company: iTech Solutions
Shift Timing: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (PST) – Fixed Night Shift, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide comprehensive service information to customers.
- Efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to appropriate channels.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a call center or customer support environment.
Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
