Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing is seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Customer Support Officer. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. We encourage applications from both seasoned call center professionals and recent graduates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in a call center or recent graduates welcome
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer
• Capable of addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns

Working Hours: Rotational 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
