Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Relations Officer to join our team in Islamabad. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions effectively and provide timely solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in a call center or willingness to learn as a fresh graduate
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer is a plus
Working Hours: Rotational 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs42,00.00 per month.
Location: In-person at our Islamabad office.
