Job Description
Capitalwide Services Ltd is seeking skilled professionals to oversee UK operations from our 24/7 control room located in Gulberg II, Lahore. The role requires managing client inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp. You will also be responsible for scheduling staff shifts. Ideal candidates must exhibit flexibility, with the ability to work in both day and night shifts.
Requirements
- A-Level or equivalent graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an international call center, preferably with UK operations.
- At least 1 year of experience in a UK-based security company.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
