Job Description
Unze London is inviting applications for the position of Restaurant HR Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading essential HR functions that focus on employee relations, policy formulation, and ensuring compliance within the restaurant sector.
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or MBA with a focus on HR
– 6 to 8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
– In-depth understanding of labor laws and effective employee engagement strategies
– Strong leadership abilities and outstanding communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
