Job Description
Sky Marketing is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our Human Resources team by managing the full-cycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, source candidates from various online platforms, conduct interviews and evaluations, and maintain candidate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additionally, you will be responsible for creating customized job descriptions and interview questions, as well as organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
