Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to become a valuable member of our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening job candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews effectively.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Support the onboarding process and documentation management.
- Organize activities to promote employee engagement.
- Offer administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
This internship lasts for 3 months and offers a stipend of PKR 10,00 to 25,00 per month, with the potential for a permanent position.
