Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Inbound Call Agent. This full-time role is based in Islamabad and offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs55,00.00 per month. As a Customer Care Executive at our esteemed telecom company, you will be responsible for answering customer calls with a positive attitude and professionalism, resolving queries and complaints, processing orders and payments, and managing customer accounts by updating necessary information.
Qualifications Needed:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service Role (CSR).
