Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Salary Range: Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, plus incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and reach out to customers with outstanding debts.
– Follow up with debtors to encourage timely repayment.
– Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
– Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies.
– Negotiate payment plans with debtors to facilitate payment.
– Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding accounts efficiently.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
– 1-2 years of experience in collections and recovery management.
– Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
– Strong, persuasive communication abilities.
– Proficient negotiation skills.
