Location: On-site, Lahore, Pakistan
Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated female Customer Service Representative for our Life Back Taxes campaign. In this position, you will manage both incoming and outgoing calls, address client inquiries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
– A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
– Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
– A professional, confident, and dependable work ethic
– Ability to effectively handle high call volumes
