Job Description
Virtoxed is currently in search of an enthusiastic Floor Manager to supervise and assist children during our data entry project. This important role demands exceptional management skills, patience, and the ability to maintain order while offering support to the children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide children as they complete their tasks.
- Help children resolve any challenges they encounter.
- Monitor children’s focus and engagement.
- Foster a disciplined and positive working atmosphere.
- Provide management with daily performance updates.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
