Education & Experience Requirements: We prefer candidates with an Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2-4 years of demonstrable experience in IT resource placements within the US and Canada is essential.
Skills Required: Candidates should have a proven track record in hiring IT professionals, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), familiarity with various visa types, and a strong position closing rate.
