Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Position Summary: As the Operations Supervisor at the Nestlé Distribution Center, you will manage all inbound and outbound operations. You will lead a team, making critical decisions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
Your Responsibilities: You will oversee staff and resources, coordinate transportation logistics, ensure compliance with industry standards, implement best practices, and be willing to take on additional duties as necessary.
Requirements: An MBA or BE with relevant experience, project initiative, strong teamwork capability, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules.”
