Job Description
Angular Quantum is currently hiring a dedicated BPO Specialist to enhance our customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer communications through phone, email, and chat. Your duties will involve resolving customer issues, documenting interactions, and collaborating with various departments to improve the overall customer experience.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from 80,00 to 120,00 PKR. The job is based on-site in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, and requires working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM (Monday to Friday). Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
