Job Description
Linknbit is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to become a valued member of our team in G13, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will assist with daily HR operations, maintain employee records, support the recruitment process, and implement HR policies effectively.
Key Responsibilities: You will be tasked with maintaining employee files, aiding in recruitment efforts, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with policies, preparing necessary HR documents, and coordinating performance reviews.
Requirements: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 0-2 years of HR experience, strong organizational and communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
