Job Description
Coders Lodge is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Islamabad (DHA Phase 1). If you thrive in a dynamic tech environment and are passionate about ensuring seamless operations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings effectively.
- Draft professional correspondence and reports.
- Facilitate communication for executives.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
