Job Description
365 Care Group is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Gulberg 3, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position requires adherence to the UK/Ireland calendar and involves rotational shifts. In this role, you will provide outstanding technical support, managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Respond professionally to customer inquiries, assist clients via phone, resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate customer records, and meet performance targets.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, previous customer service experience preferred, computer proficiency, multitasking ability, and a willingness to work shifts. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 0-1 years of experience in Customer Care.
