Job Description
MB Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Medicare Verification Specialists for the night shift. We offer a competitive starting salary of PKR 60,00. In this position, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to verify customer information, addressing inquiries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound verification calls.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
- Maintain comprehensive records in our system.
- Promote products and services when suitable.
- Adopt a professional and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of call center experience (Medicare/ACA preferred).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
