Job Description
Crumble Pakistan is seeking an HR Officer specializing in Training & Development to enhance employee skills and support operational HR functions. Key responsibilities include conducting job role analyses, identifying training needs, developing training modules, and supporting onboarding programs. Additionally, the candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining HR records.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 8 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience, and possess strong skills in HR management systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs45,00.00 to Rs55,00.00.
