Job Description
Rainbow Cash & Carry is looking for a committed HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in conflict management and decision-making is crucial to ensure employee compliance and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop job descriptions and oversee the recruitment process.
- Provide orientation and training for new and existing staff.
- Assess employee performance and satisfaction levels.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Manage payroll and employee benefits efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of employee information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of employment laws.
