Job Description
Join Abacus Consulting—BPO, a leader with over 35 years of experience in delivering innovative business solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Lead to oversee our operations in Islamabad, enhance employee engagement, and drive the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily team activities in alignment with company policies and performance metrics.
- Inspire and motivate team members while overseeing shift schedules.
- Facilitate team meetings and address operational challenges.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a call center, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (9 hours) with two days off each week.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs80,00.00.
