Job Description
Atif Brothers is on the lookout for a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Officer. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include warmly greeting guests, managing the check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, and collaborating with the housekeeping department to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our visitors.
Additional duties will involve answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that the lobby area remains clean and organized at all times.
