Job Description
Sunday Bazar is excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team located in Model Colony, Gulshan-e-Jami, Malir, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a self-assured individual fluent in English with outstanding communication abilities.
The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries via phone and social media, managing complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with various internal departments. We prefer candidates with at least one year of customer service experience; however, we also encourage freshers with strong communication skills to apply.
The salary for this position ranges from Rs. 25,00 to Rs. 40,00 per month, along with opportunities for career growth and monthly incentives.
