Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our HR Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the HR Manager’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling essential correspondence. Additionally, you will assist in various HR projects to ensure all assignments are completed effectively and efficiently.
The successful applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous administrative experience is preferred.
