Job Description

About Us: At Increase Rev, we are committed to developing a high-performing team within the digital advertising sector. We are currently in search of an HR Executive to oversee talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will manage recruitment efforts, attract top-tier talent, maintain comprehensive candidate databases, support onboarding initiatives, and foster a culture of inclusion within the workplace.

Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess 0-1 year of HR experience within the IT industry, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a strong enthusiasm for recruitment.

Compensation: The monthly salary for this position ranges from PKR 40,00 to 50,00, supplemented by additional commissions and benefits.
