Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a production environment with a workforce of at least 500 employees is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PIVOT); knowledge of VBA and Dashboards is a plus.
- Understanding of EOBI, Social Security, and Labor Laws.
- Oversee HR functions, including attendance management and record keeping.
- Assist in payroll processing with monthly updates.
