Job Description
Terafort Limited is looking for a motivated Female HR Intern to become a valuable member of our dynamic team. The HR Intern will support various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, including screening applicants and scheduling interviews.
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Support onboarding and training processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and assist with HR tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is a paid internship for a duration of 3 months at Rs20,00.00/month, requiring in-person attendance in Lahore.
