Job Description
Collaborate Solutions seeks an entry-level Client Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in DHA Phase 8. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. The role focuses on securing freelance projects through strategic bidding and professional client engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Compose tailored proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain organized records of bids, communications, and project outcomes.
Requirements: 1–2 years of relevant experience (Upwork bidding, proposal writing, or online client interactions), strong English communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
