Job Description

Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based

Salary: PKR 40,00- 60,00

Shift: 12-Hour Shift

Leaves: 4 per month

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily operations of the grocery department.

· Supervise grocery staff and assign daily tasks.

· Maintain stock levels, check expiry, and ensure timely replenishment.

· Inspect products for quality, freshness, and damaged items.

· Coordinate with suppliers for orders and deliveries.

· Ensure proper display, labeling, and pricing of products.

· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grocery section.

· Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.

· Monitor sales and assist in implementing promotional activities.

· Prepare daily stock and sales reports.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in grocery store management or related role.

Strong knowledge of FMCG products and inventory handling.

Ability to identify expired or damaged goods.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
