Job Description
We are seeking a Horticulture Program Officer to plan, implement, and monitor horticulture and green infrastructure activities across Multan field sites. The officer will design plantation layouts and maintenance protocols, coordinate with nurseries, agriculture departments and universities, deliver community awareness sessions on climate‑smart horticulture, and document plant survival, soil data, and biodiversity impacts.
- Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Forestry.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in plantation, landscaping, or green infrastructure projects; donor‑funded program experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong community coordination, field monitoring, and reporting abilities.
One position available; maximum age 40.
