Job Description
Dejure Technologies seeks a client-focused Chat Support Representative to provide real-time technical assistance, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience to support retention. Responsibilities include delivering professional responses via live chat, resolving issues and complaints, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases when necessary. Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is required.
- Minimum 1 year of chat/customer support experience
- Excellent written English and strong multitasking skills
- Patient, analytical problem-solver; available for shifts if required
Location: PIA Road near Wapda Town, Lahore. Hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. Job type: Full-time, in person. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs60,00 per month.
