Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Officer to support manufacturing operations, uphold quality standards, and coordinate production schedules to meet targets. The role involves monitoring production lines, enforcing safety protocols, optimizing workflows, and preparing performance reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance and procurement to minimize downtime
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain production documentation and utilize production management software
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or production, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with production software.
