Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service and inventory accuracy.
Details: Salary PKR 75,00–150,00 per month; 12-hour shifts; 4 leaves per month; work location: in person.
- Oversee store operations, cleanliness, compliance, and safety procedures.
- Manage and develop store staff; handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Monitor sales performance, generate daily and monthly reports, and implement improvements.
- Requirements: 3–5 years in store management or similar role; strong leadership, communication, customer-handling, and inventory control skills.
