Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations for a software/IT company. You will implement HR strategies and policies, manage employee relations, lead recruitment, training, retention initiatives, conduct exit interviews, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Responsibilities: recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Requirements: Minimum 3+ years HR management experience in an IT-related firm and at least 2 years of professional experience in a software house (required); Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRM.
- Attributes: high confidentiality, professionalism, up-to-date HR knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. English proficiency preferred.
- Job Type & Location: Full-time, in person — Faisalabad (relocation/commute required).
