Job Description
We are seeking a Lead, People Operations to define and implement HR strategy and end-to-end people programs. You will partner with leaders to design organizational structure, drive change initiatives, champion DEI, and build scalable processes that support growth and a high-performance culture.
- Minimum 8 years in HR, including 3+ years managing teams.
- Expertise in HRIS, employment law, compensation, performance management, compliance, and analytics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, project management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field required; Master’s preferred. Able to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
