Job Description
We are seeking a Product Specialist to drive product knowledge, support sales initiatives, and gather customer feedback to improve our offerings. This role combines technical aptitude with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Present product features and deliver demonstrations to clients and partners.
- Train customers and internal teams on product functionality and best practices.
- Handle pre- and post-sales technical inquiries and coordinate escalations.
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize enhancements based on user insights.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in product support or sales engineering, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, industry familiarity, and the ability to travel as needed.
