Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative for its Bahadurabad office to support UK-based customers. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, follows communication scripts, and engages customers via voice, chat, and other platforms. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, managing customer accounts, maintaining clear conversation records, and performing required data entry.
Qualifications: international call center experience, confident spoken English, strong listening and multitasking abilities, and solid computer and internet skills. Schedule: Monday–Friday with alternate Saturdays, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM. Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month. Please review the salary package before applying.
