Job Description
Lead SL BOS operations across the UAE and Bahrain by defining business strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence. Manage cross-functional teams, allocate resources, oversee budgets and P&L, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships, implement continuous process improvements, and coordinate with regional leadership to meet growth and performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 8+ years in operations or service-line leadership with proven multi-country management
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and people-management skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred; ability to travel within the region
