Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage incoming payments, reconcile accounts, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices. Duties include preparing statements, resolving payment discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to accelerate collections.
Required qualifications: strong analytical ability, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), and the capacity to work independently under deadlines. Attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to process improvement are essential.
