Job Description
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal and part of EMPG, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to support sales and leasing operations. The role serves as the primary client contact, handling inquiries, scheduling property viewings, maintaining CRM records, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with agents to resolve issues promptly.
- Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field; customer service experience preferred; real estate experience a plus.
- Skills: strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs100,00/month, competitive commissions, health insurance, mobile and travel allowance.
- Type: Full-time, in-person; freshers considered.
