Job Description
Vire HR Solutions is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative (Chat) in Gajjumatta, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage live chat and messaging channels, delivering prompt and professional responses.
- Provide clear, accurate information about products and services and log all interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and handle multiple chats while maintaining a courteous tone.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, excellent written communication, fast typing, and basic computer skills.
- Customer-focused problem solver with mandatory prior chat or customer support experience.
