Job Description
Mars BPO is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to make outbound calls, verify customer details, and professionally close qualified leads. The role requires accurate record-keeping, meeting daily and weekly targets, and close collaboration with the team. Applicants must possess strong English communication, confidence, persuasive ability, punctuality, and self-motivation; prior experience in sales, verification, or closing is preferred.
- Shift: 7:00 PM–5:00 AM (in-person)
- Location: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, Civil Lines, Karachi
- Full-time; salary PKR 40,00–70,00 plus daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses
