Job Description
Weldon Paints Pvt. Limited seeks a full-time, in-person Factory Supervisor for our Bund Road, Lahore plant. Salary: Rs30,00–35,00/month.
The supervisor will oversee raw material intake and dispatch, production planning to meet demand, purchasing, ordering and forecasting, labor relations (salaries and advances), maintenance and development of new machinery, and scrap handling and sales. The role requires coordination between laboratory, accounts, and stores, ensuring safety of raw and empty materials, approving lab tests with purchasers, supervising loading/unloading and filling of finished goods, and maintaining accurate supply chain documentation.
Applicants must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and operational management skills in a manufacturing environment.
