Job Description
IDRIS IT & TECH BPO seeks full-time Customer Sales Representatives for night shifts at Idris Arcade, Islamabad. Representatives will handle inbound calls, present auto and home warranty products, qualify leads (fronters) or close sales (closers), follow established scripts, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Requirements: age 18+, fluent English, prior call center experience (warranty sales preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, and availability for night shifts.
- Compensation: competitive pay Rs30,00–Rs500,00/month, plus incentives, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement.
