Job Description
Call Cafe seeks energetic, customer-focused International Inbound Customer Service Representatives for full-time, in-house evening and night shifts (6 days/week) at Building No. 522, B‑Block, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, providing accurate product, pricing, and availability information, coordinating with internal teams, and performing data entry.
- Fluent English (minimum intermediate); able to work nights
- Age up to 25 years; females strongly encouraged to apply
- 6 months–1 year customer service experience preferred; freshers welcome
- Strong listening, multitasking, professional phone etiquette, and service mindset
- Salary: Rs50,00–70,00 per month
