Job Description
Power Highway is seeking a Floor Supervisor to ensure exceptional customer service and a well-organized sales floor. The role involves assisting customers, presenting products, achieving primary and secondary sales targets, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Marketing or Sales Executive
- Working knowledge of quotation systems, strong English communication, basic IT skills, and solid analytical ability
- Experience with retail floor operations and the ability to lead by example are a plus
