Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative responsible for daily market visits, taking customer orders, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery. The role requires meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, developing new accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will address customer complaints promptly, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and prepare daily visit and sales reports for management review.
- Qualifications: Minimum intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years in field sales preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation, target-oriented, self-motivated, and familiar with local market routes.
- Work Type: Full-time, in person; daily travel required.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month.
