Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Salesperson to drive branch sales and oversee daily operations. This role includes achieving monthly and quarterly targets, monitoring daily performance, and executing promotions. You will manage branch opening/closing, store presentation, inventory and cash reconciliation, and deliver outstanding customer service to resolve complaints and build repeat business.

• Supervise staff attendance, grooming, scheduling, training, and motivation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, recordkeeping, safety, and preventive maintenance
• Lead and support the team to meet sales goals

Contract length: 24 months. Compensation: Rs30,00–Rs40,00 per month. Work location: in person. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and capable of team leadership.
