Job Description
Berger Paint Pakistan is seeking a full-time, in-person Sales Representative to lead B2B field sales of paints and related chemical products. The successful candidate will cultivate client relationships, manage a sales territory, and consistently meet sales targets while upholding company standards.
- Experience: 1–2 years of field-based B2B sales in paints or chemical manufacturing; candidates with a paint background are strongly preferred
- Education: up to a Bachelor’s degree
- Compensation: Rs55,00–Rs65,00 per month plus incentives and standard company benefits
- Required skills: strong communication, territory management, responsibility, and results orientation
Requirements

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- No Criminal Record
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
