Job Description
Globe Call Center seeks motivated UK Cab Dispatchers & Operators to join our Islamabad operations team. In this full-time, on-site role you will assign incoming UK cab bookings, monitor driver routes and schedules, update drivers and customers, record trip details, and resolve customer concerns while ensuring compliance with company and transport regulations.
Applicants must have at least one year of taxi/transport dispatch experience and be proficient with dispatch software, GPS, and routing tools. Strong communication, multitasking, time management, and calm problem-solving under pressure are required. Office: Plot No. 206, East Service Road, I-10/3, Islamabad.
